Marc Alexander graduated from Johnson & Wales College, one of the nation's top culinary training grounds, and then worked in Europe and the Pentagon as a Personal Chef to a three star General.

Marc returned to Washington, DC, where he served as a Sous Chef at the city's largest and most successful catering company, Occasions, for nearly nine years, managing kitchen operations, staffing, and some of the company's largest events, and overseeing production and presentation of everything from small cocktail receptions to major black-tie dinners. He has served as the Executive Chef at several area catering companies and now leads Dreamz Catering.
